Infertility affects approximately 1 in 8 couples in the United States, with both men and women experiencing reproductive challenges at nearly equal rates. Infertility can be an emotionally challenging journey, often bringing feelings of grief, frustration, guilt, and anxiety. The struggle to conceive can impact self-esteem, relationships, and overall mental health, leaving individuals and couples feeling isolated, overwhelmed & a lot of hard emotions. I will provide research backed, compassionate counseling to help you navigate the complex emotions that come with infertility & family planning. We will work with you to process your feelings, develop coping strategies, and find hope and resilience on your path. You don’t have to face this alone; I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Not seeing what you’re going through? I also work with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, body image issues, faith transitions, life changes and more. Please give me a call and I will make sure you get the help you need!
