Hello! I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor & therapist practicing in St. George, UT. I provide individual and family therapy to support the treatment of mental health conditions (postpartum depression, anxiety, anorexia, etc) & life situations (grief, loss, infertility, relational issues, illness, etc) that might bring you to my office. I understand that it takes an immense amount of courage & vulnerability to reach out for therapeutic support. I work hard to provide a non-judgmental & supportive environment to help create safe conditions to allow for meaningful change, growth & healing. I believe that every person's story is unique, important & deserves to be told.

My areas of expertise & specialized training include: grief, loss, infertility, perinatal mood & anxiety disorders (prenatal and/or postpartum depression & anxiety), trauma, life transitions, depression & anxiety.

I completed a Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling & received a Bachelor's degree in family, consumer and human development. I have worked extensively with families & individuals in different capacities including a trauma social worker, program director of a young adult transitional program, volunteer in a Romanian orphanage, & a therapist in private practice. I believe that these opportunities, as well as my own life experiences have taught me about compassion, empathy, strength, resilience & healing in which I utilize in my work with my clients. I have a passion for working with & helping people through their most difficult circumstances. The resilience that I see in humans from all different cultures & walks of life inspires me.

Aside from my life as a therapist, I am married & have four children. I enjoy reading, skiing, being outdoors & I have a deep love for traveling & exploring different cultures.
